AS a potato talk member, I want to be able to view an objective I have been given
SO THAT I can see the details of it and manage it

Acceptance Criteria

AS a potato talk member
GIVEN I want to view an incomplete objective
WHEN I type /objectives view <id>
THEN the bot will reply with the details of that objective
AND the embed colour will be grey

AS a potato talk member
GIVEN I want to view a completed objective
WHEN I type /objectives view <id>
THEN the embed colour will be green
